Grant of Options under The Paragon UK Sharesave Plan 2009

(the "Sharesave Plan")

In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R (1)(a), the Company announces that the Executive Directors detailed in the table below have today been granted an option to purchase ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the Sharesave Plan at an exercise price of £3.4568 per share.

The Sharesave Plan is a tax advantaged share option plan available to all of the Company's employees, subject to qualifying conditions.
