James Latham confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 including the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 12.30 p.m. on 26 August 2015 at Unit 3 Swallow Park, Finway Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 7QU.
