Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that Andrew Murdoch, a Director of the Company, has today sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.25 pence per share to John Bullough, a fellow Director of the Company (the "Transaction").

Subsequent to the Transaction, Andrew Murdoch and John Bullough now hold 12,478,486 and 500,000 Ordinary Shares respectively. These represent beneficial interests of 7.56% and 0.30% of the issued share capital of the Company.
