Board Changes

International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") has appointed John Mangelaars to its board as an independent non-executive director with effect from 22 July 2015.

John is currently the CEO of online travel agency Travix International and previously worked for Microsoft for over 20 years, specialising in more recent years in the sale and marketing of online products MSN Messenger, Hotmail and Bing.

Commenting, Dan O'Connor, Chairman, said: "We are delighted to welcome John as a non-executive director.  His experience in sales and e-commerce will be a valuable addition to the board as we seek to expand our digital lending business and increase our penetration in online sales channels."
