Board Realignment

Michelmersh Brick Holdings Plc (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer and landfill company, is pleased to provide an update on the future management of operations and the structure of its Board.  

From 1 January 2016, Frank Hanna, currently Commercial Director and Peter Sharp, Group Operations Director, will jointly share the role of Chief Executive Officer. Martin Warner who currently sits in this role will remain an Executive Director but will move to Deputy Chairman.

From the proposed date, Frank and Peter will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Group and charged with continuing to drive the Group forward in the next phase of Michelmersh's development.

Frank Hanna has been an Executive Director of the Company since 2010 and has over 24 years of brick industry experience. He has also chaired the Brick Federation and Promotional Working Party within the Brick Development Association. Peter Sharp has been with Michelmersh for 10 years and joined the main board in May 2011. He is qualified through the Institute of Directors and has a diverse range of skills and qualifications in construction, management and technical matters.
