Letter to Warrantholders

Sound Oil, the Mediterranean focused upstream gas company, announces that it will shortly be posting a letter (the "Letter") to holders of Open Offer Warrants and Placing Warrants (each as defined in the circular sent to shareholders dated 21 May 2015 and together, the "Warrants").

As set out in the open offer circular dated 21 May 2015, it is the Company's intention that all eligible holders of Warrants ("Warrantholders") should have the option to benefit from the listing of the Warrants on the third market of the Vienna Stock Exchange (the "VSE").

The Company has now finalised the procedure for enabling listing of the Warrants on the VSE, and the Letter provides full details as to the procedure that any Warrantholder who wishes to benefit from the VSE listing is required to follow.
