Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today by the following Directors of the Company of the exercise of 677,640 options at various costs per ordinary share of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share"), being 650,000 Ordinary Shares granted under the Company’s Joint Share Ownership Plan and 27,640 Ordinary Shares granted as approved share options under the Executive Share Option Scheme.

The Company was also today notified by the following Directors of the Company of the sale of 677,640 Ordinary Shares at a price of 290 pence per Ordinary Share.
