Cinven fully realises shareholding in Spire Healthcare Group plc

Spire Healthcare Group plc ('Spire' or 'the Group') announces  that, yesterday, private equity firm Cinven has fully realised its shareholding in Spire following completion of the sale of a 29.9% stake in Spire to Remgro, announced on 22 June 2015.
