Director / PDMR Dealing

As announced on 13 July 2015, the Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") listed below were awarded 121,472 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by the trustees of the NCC Group Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") pursuant to options granted to them under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.

The Company has today been notified that on 14 July 2015, the trustees of the EBT sold 57,208 Ordinary Shares on behalf of those PDMRs at an average price of 2.188 pence per Ordinary Share to satisfy the costs of the income tax, national insurance and other liabilities arising on the exercise of the options.
