Director/PDMR Shareholding

British Land announces that through his participation in the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme, Mr John Gildersleeve, Chairman of the Company, received 75 shares on 12 February 2010 and 74 shares on 14 May 2010.

Following the transactions detailed above, Mr Gildersleeve held 5,220 shares in the Company which were transferred to his wife, Mrs Anna Gildersleeve, on 29 December 2010.

The transactions took place in London and the Company was notified on 14 July 2015.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R.
