Further to the announcement made on 29 June 2015, Direct Line Insurance Group plc (the "Company") wishes to confirm the interests of its directors and PDMR following the Share Consolidation of 11 New Ordinary Shares of 10 10/11 pence each for every 12 Existing Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each.
