Notification of Trading update and AGM

Premier Foods' will release a trading update on Thursday 23 July 2015, covering the first 13 weeks trading of its financial year ending 2 April 2016.  A conference call for investors and analysts will take place at 08:30 on Thursday 23 July 2015, hosted by Gavin Darby, Chief Executive Officer and Alastair Murray, Chief Financial Officer.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will take place at 11:00 on Thursday 23 July 2015 at the offices of Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU.
