Dividend Declaration

The Directors of NCC Group plc have recommended a final dividend of 2.68 pence per Ordinary Share, in respect of the year ended 31st May 2015, subject to shareholder approval, which is being sought at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 15th September 2015.

If approved, the final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 May 2015 will be paid on 25th September 2015 to shareholders on the register as at 28th August 2015, with an ex-dividend date of 27th August 2015.
