("Mountview"), the property trading company confirms that it was notified on 7 July 2015 that Antony Solway, Non-Executive Chairman of Mountview, purchased 300 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £123.0 per Ordinary Share on 6 July 2015. Following this transaction, Mr Solway is interested in a total of 300 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.00008 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
