Wilmington plc, ("the Group") the knowledge leader in Risk & Compliance, Finance, Legal and Insight, will today be hosting an analyst and investor briefing to provide an update on its divisions and knowledge-based model and structure. In a series of presentations, Wilmington will be showcasing its new divisions and their respective products and services.

Following the Group's acquisition announcement this morning, a short overview will be provided at the Capital Markets Day. However, no new material information will be disclosed and the Group will not be commenting on current trading.
