Gusbourne announces the appointment of James Arbuthnot and Matthew Clapp as non-executive directors of the Company with immediate effect.

James Norwich Arbuthnot, aged 62, was previously a director of Vertic Limited.

Matthew David Clapp, aged 36, is currently a director of Shutdown Maintenance Services Limited and M.D.C Consulting Limited.
