CPP APPOINTS NEW CHAIRMAN

CPPGroup Plc (CPP or the Group), the International Assistance business, today announces the appointment of Roger Canham as Executive Chairman. Roger joined the Board of CPP earlier this year and will take up his new role immediately, replacing Eric Anstee who will step down from the Board. The Board would like to thank Eric for his contribution to the Group and wishes him well for the future.

Mr Canham is Non-Executive Chairman of Hornby PLC, the international models and collectibles Group, and has also been Chairman of Phoenix Asset Management Partners Limited, one of the Group's major shareholders, since 2009.

There remains no other information required to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules in connection with this appointment.
