Acquisition

Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP"), the UK's leading investor in modern primary healthcare facilities, announces that it has contracted to acquire a purpose built health care property for a total consideration of £2.5 million (net assets acquired £2.5 million).

A wholly owned subsidiary of PHP has contracted to acquire a newly built property, being constructed within the Macclesfield General District Hospital campus redevelopment.  Upon completion the property will be fully let to East Cheshire NHS Trust for a 21 year term.  The construction work is expected to be completed by Q4 2015.

These acquisitions increase PHP's portfolio to a total of 272 assets with a total annual contracted rent roll of £62.8 million.
