Premier Foods plc (the "Company")

Premier Foods is hosting an investor and analyst visit at its Carlton cake bakery in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, today, Wednesday 1 July 2015 as part of its investor relations programme. The visit will include a tour of the site and presentations on the Company's Sweet Treats business unit which will be available on the Premier Foods' website following the visit. No material information will be disclosed as part of the visit.

The Company will provide a Quarter 1 trading update on Thursday 23 July 2015.
