Director resignation and continued appointment

Spire Healthcare Group plc ("Spire") today announces that, following the Cinven sale of its entire shareholding in Spire (announced 26 June 2015), Supraj Rajagopalan has resigned from the board with immediate effect.

The Spire Board would like to thank Supraj Rajagopalan for his past service and to recognize his contribution to the development of the company.

The Board has invited Simon Rowlands to remain as a director of the company and is pleased that he has agreed so to do. Simon has a deep experience both of Spire itself and of the private hospital industry in the UK and overseas and will be a valuable non-executive director as Spire continues to develop its expansion plans.

This announcement has been made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11.
