Transfer of Shares

Workspace Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on 1 July 2015, Graham Clemett transferred 30,000 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.019% of the Company's issued share capital, to his spouse Julia Mary Clemett for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of Graham Clemett and his connected persons in the Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 171,736 shares, representing 0.106% of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R
