Director/PDMR Shareholding

Deltex Medical Group announces that it received notification on 30 June 2015 that its Chief Executive, Ewan Phillips, on 30 June 2015 transferred 265,000 Ordinary Shares into his Self Invested Personal Pension at a price of 6.25p per share. Ewan Phillips is the principal beneficiary of this fund and following this transaction his beneficial interest remains the same at 2,645,189 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 1.21 per cent. of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
