Results of Annual General Meeting

29th June 2015

Trinity, an independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, held its Annual General Meeting for shareholders today at 09.30 a.m. in London.

All resolutions proposed at the meeting were passed by the requisite majority and were voted by a show of hands.

Proxy appointments were received from holders of 51,706,338 shares, representing 54.54% of the issued share capital. The proxy votes received in respect of each resolution are detailed below:
