Clarkson PLC, the world's leading shipping services group announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 116,421 ordinary shares of 25p each.

The shares, ranking pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company, will not be issued immediately but will be issued when required in relation to the exercise of options by staff members under the terms and conditions of the Clarkson PLC ShareSave Plan.

Admission of the blocklisted shares is expected on or around 26 June 2015.
