Annual General Meeting

Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster'), the AIM listed supplier of managed services and technology based security solutions to governments and government agencies, non-governmental organisations (NGO's) and blue chip commercial organisations worldwide, announces the details of its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to be held on 30 June 2015.

The meeting will be held at the offices of Moore Stephens, 150 Aldersgate St, London, EC1A 4AB at 11.00am.

Shareholders wishing to attend the AGM are required to bring their share certificate or letter of representation from their stockbroker for submission to the Registrar.
