Kibo Share Forfeiture

Kibo Mining Plc ("Kibo" or the "Company") (AIM:KIBO; JSE AltX: KBO), the Tanzania focused mineral exploration and development company announces in accordance with the terms of  its Articles of Association, that it has today declared 4,090,000 Ordinary Shares ("Forfeited Shares") issued to XCAP Nominees Limited (XCAP"), a subsidiary of Hume Capital Limited, on the 3rd March 2015, forfeited. The Forfeited Shares remained unpaid at the 22 June 2015 which was the final date advised to XCAP for receipt of funds by Kibo for the Forfeited Shares. The Forfeited Shares will now be placed in a Company treasury account for disposal at a later date.

The table below shows the number of Kibo Shares issued and outstanding prior to and after the share process.
