DOMINO'S PIZZA GROUP PLC

Appointment of Non-executive Director

Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company" or "Domino's") announces the appointment of Steve Barber as an independent Non-executive Director and member of the Board of Directors with effect from 1 July 2015. On appointment Steve will become a member and chairman designate of the Audit Committee. Steve is an independent Non-Executive Director of Next plc. He has been Chairman of Next's Audit Committee for 8 years and has over 40 years experience in accountancy and finance.

The Company further announces that Michael Shallow will retire as chairman of the Audit Committee and from the Board of Directors on 31 July 2015 having served 9 years on the Board as an Independent Non-executive Director.

Commenting on Steve's appointment and Michael's retirement, Stephen Hemsley, Chairman of Domino's said "we are delighted to welcome Steve to Domino's. He brings excellent financial experience as both an executive and non-executive director of FTSE100 and 250 companies in the retail and media sectors as well as the audit profession. His arrival further strengthens the Board as we continue to implement our strategy for growth of the business. I would also like to thank Michael for his contribution to the Board of Domino's, most recently as our Senior Independent Director and we wish him well for the future."

Notes:

Steve's previous experience includes almost 30 years in accountancy, principally with Price Waterhouse where he was a senior partner and also with Ernst & Young. Formerly he was Finance Director of Mirror Group and Chief Operating Officer of Whitehead Mann. He is also Founder of The Objectivity Partnership, a member of the Audit Quality Forum and Chairman of Design Objectives Worldwide.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13, Steve Barber is currently a Non-executive Director of Next plc, having been appointed in 2007. The Company confirms that no further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13.
