Chemring Group PLC ("the Company")

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 762,345 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").

The new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, may be issued pursuant to the exercise of 726,146 employee share options under The Chemring Group 2008 UK Sharesave Plan and 36,199 employee share options under The Chemring Group 2008 US Stock Purchase Plan. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on 12 June 2015.
