Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 09 June 2015, a number of employees exercised options over 4,689 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2012.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 4,689 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 16 June 2015.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,652,306 Ordinary Shares in issue.
