Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified today of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 6.5p ("Shares") in the Company:

·      On 5 June 2015, Mr. Steve Langan, a PDMR, sold 98,000 Shares at a price of 853.241p each.

The transaction took place in Switzerland.

Following this transaction Mr Langan remains interested in 120,268 Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1) (a).
