Volvere announces that is has today posted to shareholders, notice of its annual general meeting, to be held at 10.00 a.m. at Marriott Harrison LLP, 11 Staple Inn, London WC1V 7QH on 29 June 2015 (the "AGM"), together with hard copies (for those shareholders who have elected to receive a printed copy) of its Annual Report and Financial Statements (the "Annual Report") for the financial year ended 31 December 2014.  

The Annual Report and the notice of the AGM will shortly be made available on the Company's website, www.volvere.co.uk.
