AO World plc (the "Company") announces that Bill Holroyd has informed the Board of the Company of his intention not to offer himself for re-election at the forthcoming AGM of the Company, to be held on 21 July 2015, and to retire as a Director at its conclusion to focus on his charity work. The Board thanks Bill for his significant contribution during his time with the Company, particularly through the IPO process in 2014 and wishes him well in his future endeavours.  It is not proposed to replace Bill at this time and his committee duties will be assumed by other members of the Board.
