Total Voting Rights

The Company's total issued share capital consists of 59,190,658 ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary Shares") with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 59,190,658.

This updated number follows the issue of new Ordinary Shares as a result of the exercise of employee share options, during the past month, under the Company's Block Admission for its 2011/2014 Save as You Earn scheme.

The above figure of 59,190,658 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
