Voting Rights and Capital

Notification of alteration to total voting rights in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision 5.6.1R.

The Company advises that its capital consists of 166,659,558 ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each as at 31 May 2015. The Company holds 380,000 shares in treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 166,279,558.

The above figure of 166,279,558 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
