                                                                22 May 2015                             Norman Broadbent plc                     ("Norman Broadbent" or "the Company")                   Notice of Proposed Change in DirectorateNorman Broadbent, a leading provider of executive search, leadershipconsultancy and complementary recruitment services has today announced thatPierce Casey has informed the board of the Company of his intention to retireas Chairman and director on 30 June 2015.His proposed retirement coincides with the successful completion of theremodelling of the Company as referred to in the 17 November 2014 sharesubscription announcement and as more fully articulated in the Chairman'sStatement in the 2014 results issued earlier today.
