Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a leading provider of a cloud-based enterprise data analytics platform has been notified that Hugh Cox, an Executive Director of the Company, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of  14.125 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this acquisition, Hugh Cox is interested in 9,554,910 Ordinary Shares representing 12.66% of the Company's current issued share capital.
