Board Changes
As part of its continuing process of Board refreshment Derwent London plc has two Board changes to confirm.
On 15 May 2015, Robert Farnes retired from his position as a non-executive Director of the Company. Since Robert joined the Board in 2003 his diligence, commitment and contribution have been greatly valued and appreciated.
In addition and as previously announced on 27 April 2015, Claudia Arney joined the Board as a non-executive director on 18 May 2015.
