Change of Directors

Saga plc ("the Company") announces that Stuart Howard, Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will retire from the Board of Directors of the Company at the forthcoming annual general meeting to be held on 23 June 2015.

Jonathan Hill will assume responsibilities of the Group Chief Financial Officer with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Stuart for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well for the future.  Stuart has spent the last 15 years with Saga, which he joined in 2000 as Group Chief Financial Officer. He made an immense contribution to Saga's development during this time and throughout the IPO process.
