Compensation arrangements for Glyn Jones

Further to the Company's announcement on 16 March 2015, Glyn Jones, Senior Independent Director, stood down from the Board of Directors at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting yesterday. In accordance with section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that Glyn Jones continued to receive fees for his role on the Board and its Committees up to and including 13 May 2015 at the rates set out in the Company's 2014 Annual Report & Accounts. He will not receive any payment in lieu of notice or for loss of office. As a Non-executive Director, Glyn Jones was not entitled to participate in the Company's bonus, employee share plans or pension arrangements.
