Notification of transactions by a director

Exercise of options under the Executive Remuneration Plan 2005 ("the Plan")

The Company makes the following notification pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a).

On 12 May 2015 John Morgan exercised 107,736 options under the Plan, over ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares").  The options were granted on 20 May 2005 at an exercise price of £7.24.

John disposed of 102,706 Shares at a price of £7.92 per Share to cover the exercise price, tax and national insurance liability in respect of the options exercised on 12 May 2015 and has retained 5,030 Shares in the Company.

Following this transaction, John's interests (all of which are beneficial) in the share capital of the Company are as follows:
