NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that notification was received on 13 May 2015 that Yvonne Greenstreet, Director of the Company, acquired an interest in 2,886 ordinary shares of US0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at price of £2.2928 per Ordinary Share on, 13 May 2015.

As a result of the above, Yvonne Greenstreet now has an interest in 2,886 Ordinary Shares.
