Grant of ShareSave Options and Director/PDMR Dealings

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).

On 13 May 2015 options over ordinary shares in the Company were granted under the Clarkson PLC ShareSave Plan, which was available to UK staff. Included in the grants were the following Directors:-
