Holding in Company and Directorate Change

Tekcapital plc (AIM: TEK), an international provider of technology and intellectual property services, announces that the Company was notified on 11 May 2015 that Barnard Nominees Limited holds 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the capital of the Company, representing 4.33% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.  Barnard Nominees Limited's holding is held collectively on behalf of individual clients, with no individual holding more than 3% of the issued ordinary share capital of Tekcapital.

The Company also advises that Jeffrey Lewis, a non-executive director of the Company, will not seek re-election at the Company's annual general meeting on 29 May 2015 and will be stepping down from the Board of Tekcapital immediately thereafter.  Mr Lewis recently joined a new law firm which prevents him from holding a board position with a publicly quoted company.  The Board of Tekcapital would like to thank Mr Lewis for his contribution to the Company.
