Directorate Changes

CLS Holdings plc announces the appointment of Anna Seeley as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Mrs Seeley (née Mortstedt), 43, is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has worked in the property industry for over 20 years.  She has held various positions within the property departments of General Electric and the BT Group and, from 2001 to 2003, was the Company's Group Property Director and Board member.  For the last 8 years Mrs Seeley has been a Director of the Skansen Group Limited, a specialist office fit-out and refurbishment company.  Mrs Seeley holds a degree in property valuation and finance from City University and is the daughter of the Company's Executive Chairman, Sten Mortstedt.

CLS also announces the retirement from the Board of Jennica Mortstedt who is replaced by the appointment of Philip Mortstedt, 28, son of Bengt Mortstedt a founder member and major shareholder of the Company (6.65%). Philip has an interest in 316 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (0.001%).
