Essentra plc announces that Scott Fawcett has acquired 142 ordinary shares through the reinvestment of the dividend paid by the Company on 1 May 2015.  The shares were purchased at a price of £10.049 each for a total consideration of £1,426.96.  Scott's total shareholding is now 17,737 which represents 0.007% of the Company's voting rights.
