Completion of the acquisition of TradeFX Limited ("TradeFX")
Playtech (LSE: PTEC) today announces that all outstanding conditions relating to the acquisition of TradeFX have now been satisfied, including the approval of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, and the transaction has completed.
The financial statements of TradeFX will be fully consolidated into Playtech's group accounts from today, 8 May 2015, and TradeFX will therefore make close to an eight month contribution to Playtech's financial performance for the year ending 31 December 2015.
