Essentra plc announces that Matthew Gregory has acquired 992 ordinary shares through the reinvestment of the dividend paid by the Company on 1 May 2015. The shares were purchased at a price of £10.049 each for a total consideration of £10,020.63.  Matthew's total shareholding is now 131,731 which represents 0.050% of the Company's voting rights.
