Notice of AGM

Tekcapital plc (AIM: TEK), an international provider of technology and intellectual property services, will today post to shareholders notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 11.00 a.m. on Friday 29 May 2015 at the offices of Charles Russell Speechly LLP, 5 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RD. 

The notice of AGM and a Form of Proxy will be available later today to download from the Company's website at http://tekcapital.com/investors/.

The Company's annual accounts for the year ended 30 November 2014, together with the directors' report and auditor's report on these accounts ("Annual Report and Accounts") shall be published and circulated to shareholders before the date of the AGM. The Annual Report and Accounts will then be received, considered and adopted at a general meeting of the Company to be held in June, with further details of such general meeting being provided in due course.
