Assura plc ("Assura"), the leading primary care property investor and developer, confirms that it will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2015 on Thursday 21 May 2015.

A presentation for analysts will be held on that day at 11am at the offices of Finsbury, 45 Moorfields, London, EC2Y 9AE. The presentation will also be available via live webcast and conference call.
