Confirmation of Proposed Final Dividend Dates

Burford Capital Limited confirms that the payment date for its previously declared final dividend, proposed to shareholders for the full year ended 31 December 2014 of 5.26¢ per share, will be 5 June 2015. Shareholders at the record date of 15 May 2015 will be entitled to the final dividend.
